Employment: Full Time

My client - a leading management consulting and professional services firm with a established technology & advisory practise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Portal (EP) Project Analyst.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating executive leadership, clinical, education, fiscal, human resources, communications, research and support services in analysing and developing EP business requirements and specifications for EP based solutions.
• Coordinating and supporting executive leadership, clinical, education, fiscal, human resources, communications, research and support services in the implementation planning, project management and implementation of EP based solutions.
• Coordinating and supporting executive leadership, clinical, education, fiscal human resources, communications, research and support services to complete process mapping, analysis and issue resolution as part of the Corporate Management Systems(CMS) program
• Coordinating and facilitating EP information systems design, build and test activities as part of the CMS program implementation
• Assessing, defining, facilitating and validating the development of data terminologies and data standards for implementation with the EP based solutions.
• Assisting in the development of frameworks for following initiatives as part of the CMS information system program :

o Process Review and Information Modelling.
o Benefits Realisation
o Risk and Issues Management
o Organisational Change Management
o Communication Management
o Education Strategies, plans and documentation
o Post implementation Reviews.

• Participating in the evaluation of new technologies and EP information solutions for use in the EP areas.
• Assessing and defining EP informatics innovation for inclusion in the CMS program.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Demonstrated 5-10 years EP experience for large scale projects required.
• Deep understanding of EP design principles and “best practices” connected with data integration and data quality.
• Strong understanding of portal based technologies – IBM Websphere, Sharepoint etc.
• Middle Eastern EP Implementation
• Demonstrated business process review, quality management experience
• Demonstrated ability to utilise well developed analytical skills
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills and personal presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of corporate management in a consultative fashion.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or similar fields is highly desired with MSc or MBA preferred.
• Experience in the Healthcare sector is highly desireable.
• Project Management training or certificates in PMI (PMP), Six Sigma or similar formal methodologies is preferred.
• Regional & International experience within a fast-paced dynamically changing software development environment beneficial
