The RoleThe Role You will be part of a dynamic team which provides end to end Real Estate and Facility Management business solutions to internal clients. You will participate in tender proposals and drive the implementation of our Total Asset Management System as well as other applications and off-the-shelf products. As part of these responsibilities, you will be required to understand and analyse specific business processes and requirements, propose solutions, and work closely with the users in system implementations. Assuming overall Project Management responsibility, you will also conduct User Requirements studies; develop Business requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Cases and Training Materials. Conduct User Training and UAT. Work on product specifications, release management, and product life cycle process improvements. |
RequirementsRequirements Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration related discipline. 4 - 5 years of experience with implementation of standard or in-house built ERP products. Strong domain knowledge in general business process and practices. Previous experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred. Proven ability to analyse requirements and liaise with executives at all levels - managerial & end user personnel. Providing solutions across a wide range of Business needs and business process improvements. Good understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC and business requirements development. Prior experience with business applications development will be an advantage. Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills. PMP Certification is preferred. |
