The RoleThe Role„XWork closely with senior department heads, technical teams & the business strategy team to serve as liaison between the three „XLead and manage requirements and analysis activities including gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for new applications and for modifications to current applications „XDesign detailed test plans and carry out quality-assurance testing to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled „XCreate and maintain user guides, reference manuals, and training materials as appropriate „XTrain and support users in new business processes „XServe as 2nd tier support responsible for resolving strategy-related issues escalated by various departments. Employ problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to assist with issue resolution „XCreating and modifying system control files |
RequirementsRequirements„XKnowledge of developing specifications based on requirements „XExperience in testing enhancements and modifications to ensure requirements are met „XFamiliarity with work flow processes „XStrong verbal and written communications. Fluency in English a must. „XExperience in IT industry an advantage „XQuality Assurance experience „XInitiative with ¡¥hands-on¡¦ attitude „XAbility to think outside the box, be creative & generate new, interesting & effective ideas „X6-sigma knowledge & experience „XExcellent presentation skills, PC skills & very numerate „XBusiness Process Re-engineering experience will be an asset |
