Business Analyst - (e-Commerce) - Retail Divisional Office

Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, and IKEA as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the Middle East and in South East Asia.

We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout the UAE, Egypt and GCC countries. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program.

We are looking for a Business Analyst - e-Commerce to join our retail team based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities of this role will involve:
* Support the Sr. Business Analyst in building the Business case for each project / program.
* Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to gather and analyse clients' business needs and detailed specifications.
* Assist the Senior Business Analyst in following up and prioritizing development.
* Performing thorough analysis on websites performance and forward the recommendations to lead developer in EIT.
* Work closely with the Quality Specialist to investigate and identify detailed solutions that deliver continual business improvement.
* Define and document brands related business functions neededin place to support eCommerce processes of online user experience (work closely with the quality specialist).
* Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of all users.
* Architect the integration solution between the web platform and SAP ERP/CRM and work closely with the EIT implementation team for deployment.

Requirements

* BSc. in Computer Science or MIS with eCommerce focus.
* SAP ERP and CRM certifications are wished (business foundation and integration, order fulfillment, extended warehouse, sales and distribution and CRM fundamentals with SAP).
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a softwarelife-cycle.
* Knowledge of end to end business cycles
* Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
* Basic finance.
* Hands on Integrated Change Control.
* PHP, Javascript, Java and HTML5.


Minimum Experience:
* 1+ years of similar professional experience in the Analysis of eCommerce Businesses (financial experience is a plus) including working with SAP ERP and CRM.

Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent English skills, Arabic is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Suite of products.
* Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage relationships without line authority.
