Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a technology consulting firm providing technology solutions to corporate enterprise clients across the MENA and Levant regions.

Responsibilities
- Establish a deep understanding of the clients issues and resolve those as effectively as possible
- Conducting in-depth interviews with the stakeholders to gather information and develop reports, presentations and documents based on the findings
- Preparation and delivery of client workshops
- Writing meeting minutes and action plans

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or MIS
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Business Analyst with excellent research and business and technical writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of strategy development is an advantage
- Experience of business process design and organizational structural awareness
- Statistical modelling and quantitative analysis is required
- Project Management software experience such as MS Project or Visio is required

Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Aged between 25 - 30 years
- Living in the UAE
- Confident with an outgoing personality
