Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Perform the Business Change Management Activities
1. Complete all the Business Change Management Team activities on daily basis based on the assigned CRs/ BRDs.
2. Coordinate the change requests process; to ensure that all requirements’ details are clearly translated and presented accurately and in a timely manner; to ensure meeting target dates promised to customers
3. Take part in the team’s effort in presenting the requested changes to the Change Advisory Board and recommending the approval or rejection decision with justifications.
4. Reporting of change activities status on regular basis to the IT management and provide recommendations to enhance performance
5. Utilize the Quality Center tool and the Service Management tool to record/monitor all the requests progress.

Ensure appropriate relation with all stakeholders
1. Implement the communication process during the requirement gathering activities and ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the requirement gathering process
2. Execute the follow-up activities with all teams to ensure that requests are handled within a timely manner
3. Represent BCM Team in IT projects meetings with vendors or business units to provide Business consultation, and assess the effectiveness of the integration with the implemented systems.
4. Establish a face-to-face relationship with the nominated Representatives of the Business Units.
5. Represent BCM Team in progress review meetings with the customers as required.
6. Highlight the critical issues with vendors/other IT teams against the agreed SLAs/OLAs to monitor operations process trends and brings out issues and risks that may arise as a result of the process overflows.

Comply with Operational Activities Guidelines
1. Adhere to systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
2. Participate in developing team’s strategic goals and define teams’ objectives.
3. Maintain professional and technical knowledge and benchmark state-of-the-art practices
4. Report the analytical daily statistics and recommend actions to resolve any issues that arise
5. Perform daily operational activities and brings out issues and risks that may arise as a result of the process overflows.
6. Comply with ADIB security policies.
7. Comply with team’s SOP (policies and procedures)
8. Presenting to BCM Head headline stats and analysis with recommendations for changes on regular basis

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree , IT or Computer Science
* Banking / Business Analysis education (is a plus)
* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
* Problem analysis, problem-solving and conflict resolution
* Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written
* Project planning familiarity
* Experience in Analysis
* Ability to understand and work in a complex technical processing environment through use of sophisticated and leading edge tools
