As a Business Analyst you will: •Perform analysis on customer's requirements and identify/propose a solution •Work closely with senior team members to prepare client deliverables and assist in project management activities •Collaborate with subject matter experts •Prepare and maintain the analysis and design documentation for systems architecture •Work on different technology areas by closely working with seniors, researching and understanding the business value of the related products •Develop training materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials •Create storyboards to be used as blueprint instructions for programmers to create e-learning training materials •Contribute to client communications and develop key messages |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications: •This is an entry level position; however people with 1 to 2 years' experience can also apply. Only candidates with completed degrees will be considered •Demonstration of good academic performance •Excellent communication skills both oral and written •Problem solver and can think out of the box •Quick learner and able to understand technology and products suitable for certain business requirements •Excellent research and analysis skills for preparing useful reports for different audience •Hardworking, dedicated, attention to details and team player •Work with different types of input material to create instructional content •Visualize Content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc. •Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint •Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Other Considerations: •Nationality: Saudi Only •Service Area: Consulting •Service Line: Enterprise Applications / Technology Integration •Minimum Qualification: Bachelor in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems or related discipline •Preference: Master Degree and Graduates from abroad (US / Europe) •Base Location: Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia •Required: Immediately •Gender: Male / Female |
