Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Supply Chain Business Analyst in EXACTA focusing in the areas of warehouse management & supply chain planning in Healthcare

Determines customer requirements by studying customer business functions; gathering information, conducting workshops with customer.
Understand the specific requirements for countries/regions; product types and ensure solutions account for all the various scenarios
Recommending appropriate Warehouse solutions/Design specific to the customer needs & Industry
Understand the requirements on order fulfillment automation and material handling equipment used and quickly adjusts and balances work flow.
Understand the process on incoming orders and orders already in process, releases orders in quantities to match the system's current ability to process them, offering continuous flow.
Knowledge to understand material handling equipment within one system for synchronized, high throughput processing
Training End-user

Requirements

Creativity / ability to conceptualize Business Solutions
Interest in tracking technology/ Business trends in Supply chain management
Detail oriented with the ability to consider the larger, macro environment
Demonstrated research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer service focus and interest in delivering results in a proactive manner
Good understanding of Supply Chain Management
