Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role will report into the FP&A Manager and will provide support and analysis to the Area General Managers of each country, offering insight into operation and financial performance of the local teams. Key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure proper analysis and justification of P&L and balance sheet accounts (where appropriate) every month.
- Ensure production of weekly 'flash' revenue forecast by working closely with local area teams and delivered to AME timetable.
- Produce monthly reports as required by local and AME management teams.
- Provide AGMs and AMs with assistance, training, reports and analysis on finance and management accounts matters.
- Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations as required on rates, utilisation, customer performance and costs as required by area management team.
- Drive use of ABI and other business performance tools across the local business (i.e. outside the finance community) by making use of existing reports and pro-actively promoting these to non-finance based users.
- Attend Weekly Power Hours with local area management teams and assist in providing solutions to maintain KPIs at agreed AME levels.

Requirements

- Degree in Finance or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance/business analysis role.
- Availability to travel when required
- Ability to do things on own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong character that can challenge decisions for healthy debate and act as a sounding board for AGMs.
