Business Analyst

Job description / Role

- Review and provide s feedback on all Specification documentation
- Provides domain expertise to project team
- Business & System Analysis using UML object-oriented or structured analysis techniques
- Requirements gathering and specification
- Provides support for creation of QA test plans & scripts for core system and integration testing
- Oversight on all QA Testing & Pre-UAT sessions
- Support UAT sessions with the business and identify relevant gaps accordingly
- Sign-Off on QA Test Results
- Escalates risks and issues to the project manager
- Acts as the liaison between the Business & IT stakeholders managing their expectations and requirements

Requirements

- Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- Expertise in health Insurance applications, web- based application, web services etc
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various management levels
- Ability to provide status reporting & visibility to stakeholders
- Expertise in Escalation Management
- Good communication & written skills
