They are renowned for their business portfolio which encompasses Automotive, FMCG, Logistics, Retail and Leisure and other division of businesses. They are looking to recruit a dynamic and qualified BUSINESS APPLICATIONS MANAGER, having an extensive exposure in FMCG/Consumer Goods industry, with hands-on expertise in Oracle applications focusing on Supply Chain, Warehouse Manager System (WMS) and Operation Transport Management (OTM). The responsibilities are highlighted as follows: • To lead the delivery of multiple Oracle projects and application support engagements. • Overseeing and directing software application implementation. • Overseeing budgets and ensuring work does not disrupt day-to-day business activities. • Implementation of software applications to run the upgrade process and systems. • To plan the delivery of projects and services within the given scope, time, cost and quality. • To model, develop, and enhance delivery processes in the areas of application management Support and implementation projects. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Incumbent must have the following qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of relevant Gulf Experience. • Must have hands-on expertise in Oracle application. • In depth knowledge in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management System. • Exposure in FMCG Industry is a plus. • A Degree in Information Technology or related discipline plus an MBA or Masters is a plus. • Preference will be extended to Western educated candidate. Professional Skills and Abilities: • Expertise in Oracle application development, testing and operations. • Expertise in installation & implementation of oracle business products. • Able to effectively communicate with a range Executives, Business Managers, and IT team members. • Excellent planning and project management skills. • Ability to comprehend problems and analyse needs, and explain complex scenarios with simplicity. • Demonstrates an excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills.
