Business Banking Support Staff

Job description / Role

- Maintenance of lending portfolio aimed at quality customer service and maximising contribution to Banks profitability without exposing it to undue risk.
- Ensuring timely collection of documentation from customers based on 1) offer letters issued in case of New/Renewal proposals, 2) MIS reports issued by CAD, MIS department from time to time.
- Submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reports to MIS (WBG), any other dept and to CBO on all issues
- Regularization and recovery of sticky/ special mention / classified accounts in the portfolio
- Attending to LRM / internal audit, compliance, external audit & CBO or any regulatory bodys queries
- Customer file maintenance for the portfolio.

Requirements

- Thoroughly understanding banks policies and marketing strategies
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Good sales / negotiation and analytical skills
- Must be able to work independently and meet the deadline and target to the related work
- Must possess effective communication and listening skills with strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Should be self-motivated, initiative, innovative and dynamic
