Job description / Role
This role is for our client who is based in Dubai and is looking for an experienced and professional Operation Manager for their Business Center.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the business center
- Manage all departments and day to day operation
- In- charge of maintaining the P&L for the business center
- Dealing with customers and clients in a friendly and efficient manner
- Business Development and increasing occupancy
- Training and development of staff
- Networking to create awareness and promoting business center services
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity
- University Degree
- Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
- Good presentation skills
- Organized and attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills and sales skills
- Experience in organizing events, meetings etc will be an added advantage
- Confident and able to work independently
- Able to follow standards and procedures while increasing productivity
