The RoleThe RoleWe are hiring Business Consultants and senior Business Consultants specializing in areas such as Risk Management, Core / Retail Banking, and Investment administration, Islamic Banking experience would be desired. The candidates must be self starter, self-motivated leader, committed to completing projects on time and on budget. Job Responsibilities • Participate in client requirement gathering and gap analysis meetings. • Provide input to project estimates, analyze and document the business requirements for developing or enhancing systems of medium to high complexity. • Review with the technical design team to identify technical requirements, finalize the business requirements including business process flow, user interface etc. • Ensure the required testing is done before deployment of the application. • Co-ordinate with developers and peers and project implementation teams. • Co-ordinate all facets of client delivery and support including documentation and user training. • Provide the Project Manager / Support and Implementation manager with status, issue, risk, scope creep updates. • Participate in internal product development, QA and methodology reviews. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements / Qualifications • Should have 5 - 10 years related working experience in the Financial Services Industry. • Should have BS / MBA education and IT experience. • Strong working knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, specializing in Risk Management, Core / Retail Banking, and Investment administration and Islamic Banking. • Knowledge of systems analysis, design, testing practices and procedures would be desired. • Logic and analytical skills to clearly define requirements and identify key issues. • Conceptual and problem-solving skills and should have excellent communication and listening skills to understand business needs and translate those needs into workable solutions. • Excellent report writing to clearly define business requirements and processes. • Strong time-management and prioritizing abilities and ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to work independently or in collaboration with peers, within a project team. |
