Job description / Role
Our client a pharmaceutical organisation are setting up a new office in Dubai and require an experienced Office Manager to join them. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to play an integral part in establishing a new office.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day responsibility for the smooth operation of the office
- Internal and external event planning such as meetings, trainings etc.
Facility Operations
- Meet and greet all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure the office is well equipped and staff have the necessary tools for their job
- Organise meeting rooms as required, arrange agendas, order catering etc.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail
Organisation
- Travel organisation via the off-site travel agent, as well as coordinating Visa applications
- Be able to adapt to a changing work environment
- HR activities - personnel filing, fleet management
- Procurement of office supplies
- Contract management (execution follow up, filing etc)
Requirements
- Administrative / Business / Office Management qualifications
- Language qualifications: English & Arabic
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good understanding of Pharma industry
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Must be able to work alone and use your own initiative
