Job description / Role
The role of the Business Development Assistant will be to assist the Business Development Team with qualifying and arranging meetings with new and existing clients over the phone and via email. They will also be responsible for promoting our services to individuals over the phone and by email. The candidate will update our database in a timely manner and keep this database current and updated. The candidate may from time to time be required to assist with digital marketing in Arabic. The successful candidate will also act as Receptionist and take incoming calls to our office. Other duties from time to time as requested by management.
The successful candidate will be offered an attractive basic salary plus commission, on going training, one annual return flight ticket to their home country per year and medical insurance.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be confident in cold calling clients. They must be outgoing, bubbly and organised. They must possess an excellent telephone manner and be able to speak to people at all levels. They must be a team player who can use their own initiative.They must be able to identify new clients to target as well as keeping a constant relationship with existing clients in our database. They must be presentable and a high level of computer literacy is a must. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English both oral and written. Other languages would be an advantage. The candidate should be educated to University Level and a Marketing or Sales disciple would be an advantage. Candidates with a background promoting luxury products or services or candidates who have previous experience dealing with high net work individuals would be of a distinct advantage. A non smoker is preferred.
