The RoleThe RoleWe have an excellent opportunity for someone to take up the position of Business Development Associate with our Facility Management Team working from our DUBAI office. Ideally you will have Middle Eastern experience and come from an FM/Property Management background. RequirementsRequirementsGeneral Requirements...... Proven Business Development experience from a Facilities or Property Management background Solid experience in dealing with Clients at Senior Management level and preferably experience of dealing with Government Officials though this is not essential Capable of working independently Proven Business Development skills Excellent presentation skills Capable of preparing commercial proposals to an International standard Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Development Role Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities or Property Management Proven evidence of achieved sales targets Must hold a valid UAE driving license PACKAGE/SALARY........ Well above market average monthly salary/package, bonus, car, annual flights home, visas, living and travel allowances, medical insurance, relocation package etc. Plus the opportunity to be part a World Class Organisation who can offer excellent career prospects worldwide. |
