The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of the world’s fastest-growing design, engineering and management consultancies. Specialising in property, transport and environmental projects, we work with clients to create built and natural environments for the future. They are urgently seeking a dynamic and self driven Business Development Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Development Director the main duties will include working within the Business Development Team to produce high quality technical documentation, including proposals, technical reports and presentations. The successful candidate will be required to perform document processing, formatting, proofreading, graphics insertion, PowerPoint presentations, Excel graphs. In addition to this the Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for producing country reports, key client reports and action plans. The ideal candidate will have a background in publications and/or experience in an engineering firm or other professional services environment. Key duties will include: Use MS Office applications to create and revise text productively and effectively. Convert files from a variety of applications and formats to meet standards. Use established document publishing and tool set standards to facilitate effective work exchange between operators. Use document management tools to effectively manage files and perform complicated searching and maintenance functions. Format complicated documents with the use of page layout techniques, either in Word or InDesign, effectively using colour and graphics techniques. Coordinates all activities related to Client events Coordinates Client Newsletter Produce Country reports including action plans Follow up with Key Account Client managers Conduct market analysis and research to produce reports on prospects, clients and projects Coordinate bids with various groups and with bidding team Produce, standardise and update all SoCs, CVs, experience list, etc and monitor continuously. Interact with marketing team and send feedback on won prospects and projects. Coordinate with group directors and operations directors to provide assistance in business planning. |
