The RoleThe Role1. Coordinate in creating a data base for the existing and new clients. Collecting their details from BDM, Company’s exhibitions, RFPs, News Papers, Business Cards and Internet. 2. Search different Ministries and competitors’ websites for new information on the Internet. 3. Constantly updating and then distributing Company materials like PQ and Brochures to the different clients in KSA. 4. Update the Sr. BDM about the latest news, events, and new projects from the newspapers adds, Internet and Company’s Fax. 5. Assist with RFP responses by working with current staff to collect and organize content as received. 6. Following up on all of the tenders with pending decisions. 7. Work together with the existing team of Business Development to ensure effective coverage of our prospects during various appeal deadlines. 8. Associate in the creation of promotional materials in order to elevate Company’s services awareness. 9. Thorough knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint 10. Work with current BD Team to develop customized materials for client presentations 11. Follow up on the website Email. 12. Facilitate the Business Development Team in all administrative issues, including travel arrangements (internal and company-sponsored events), expense claim reports, scheduling meetings, calendar management, filing, generating the IKBT and confirming Hotel & Car Reservations etc. 13. Prepare and update the marketing materials as required time to time. 14. Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events. 15. Manage the vendor relations for the Dar E&A office. 16. Perform other marketing and business development related tasks as required. |
RequirementsRequirementsSaudi Candidates Preferred but other nationalities can also apply. Education: Min Graduation in relevant field. Experience: Min 5 years relevant experience Skills: Research, vendor relations, MS Office. |
