Business Developments Director - IT services – Dubai – AED25000 per month (all inclusive) + Business class flight + Excellent Medical + highly generous commission
A great opportunity is available for this Dubai based IT services company for a Business Development Director to join the Managements team and deliver IT services to its clients across GCC countries. Main IT services include: Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX implementations, IT networking and infrastructure projects, Cloud services, IT Support and Service Level Agreements, End user helpdesk services, website implementation and SEO services.
Requirements
An experienced Business Development Manager/Director with proven sales experience of IT systems & services in the UAE market. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take on the challenge to lead and drive the company’s aggressive sale expansion plans for the UAE market. Your main responsibility will be to generate new leads, qualify them to opportunities and close profitable sales. You will also be responsible for Client Account Management, through which you must ensure proper service delivery to the clients and regularly explore further sales opportunity of IT projects and services.
Requirements
• You must be Western
• Your latest 5 years of experience must have been selling IT services and projects (e.g. CRM and ERP projects, IT infrastructure / network, IT support contracts, etc.)
• It is mandatory that you have an existing, relevant and established client network that you have built up through your business development activities during the past few years.
• You must have worked as Sales Manager/Director for a reputed IT company selling IT services (applications and infrastructure) in the UAE for the past few years.
• You must have extensive team building and team management skills.
• Extensive skills in designing sales strategy, budget planning.
• Very confident speaker with superb communication and presentation skills.
