The RoleThe RoleOur client is searching for a Business Development Director to report to the MD of the MENA region. In this new role, you will lead and develop the Business Development team to achieve outstanding results to underpin their aggressive business plans. |
RequirementsRequirementsThis role will drive new business revenue within the MENA region with primary responsibility for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the financial services sector. What you will do: • Full responsibility for defining future marketing and business development strategy across the Company. • To recruit and develop a team of outstanding individuals to drive and achieve Business Development objectives. • To ensure that revenue and profit targets are attained with close management of the sales team as well as developing strong customer relationships. Requirements: • 8 - 10 years of total experience, some of which would have been ideally gained within the MENA/GCC region. • You will have worked for a major investment bank or financial services company as a senior role within a business Development role. • Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding results at Director Level within a targeted sales culture. • You will hold a Degree and ideally also have achieved an MBA. • You will be a self starter with high levels of energy, drive and commitment to make things happen. • Speaking Arabic would be an advantage. |
