Business Development Director / Manager
SCOPE OF WORK
Covers all Business Development & Marketing management including all task assigned by the Operations Director - SBD, in the local, regional and international arena.
Primarily responsible for excellent customer/ client relations and business building activities with Contractor/Consultant/. Shall also function as the companies liaison with new Customers through the complete transaction cycle including initial assessment, planning and negotiations
To provide professional Business Development management services under the Strategic Business Development Department.in local, regional and international locations
Reporting to Strategic Business Development, be the eyes and ears of the company in the local, regional and international market place
Assist in Client Care in conjunction with Client care manager and SBD
Monitoring with the research analyst new markets for investigation.
Meet with clients on a regular basis
Monitor activities of competitors
Be aware of business opportunities that may arise
Market the company, its product, services, quality and people in an enthusiastic and professional manner
Monitor SBD policies and procedures
Assist in setting up SBD/M to new international locations
Assist SBD with proposals
Assist SBD with presentations to clients and prospective clients
Develop series of meetings with SBD, BDM & Sales Managers to monitor progress against targets
Monitor activities for all departmental interface issues
In conjunction with SBD & HR Dept, develop training programmes for BD/ Marketing
Work with Marketing Manager in developing appropriate marketing tools
Attend all corporate events
Feedback information to Marketing Manager and Market Research Analyst about
movements of staff within client organisations &
Covers all sales and marketing processes from initial customer contact to contract signing and payment collection.
Age : 38-45 Years Old / 10 Years Relevant Experience / Proven Track Record / Has strong connection with Construction Companies, Contractors and Consultants in Middle East Region (KSA, QATAR, UAE and other GCC Regions) / Bachelors Degree Holder preferably in Engineering and/or Master in Business Administration with exposures in Construction Industry. Has experience in handling Sales / Marketing. Male, Strong personality, very presentable, able to do presentations, reports and very positive outlook. Very keen into details, excellent analytical and strategic skills. Out of the box thinker. Exposure in Ready Mix Concrete Industry is a plus factor.
