Business Development Director

Job description / Role

Our client is a multinational in the premium lifestyle industry and seeks a Business Development Director to drive their B2B sales strategy across the region

This role will report to the VP Sales and will be responsible for the Corporate Gifts Business across the region. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue targets/budget by market and channel. Creates, develops and manages effective business relationships with own customers base to achieve sales budgets and targets. Establishes and maintains highly effective communication with global partners as well as internal teams main internal counterparts Marketing and PM Gifts team. Define regional RTM (Route To Market), business development strategy and ensure its implementation across the region. Drive customer target identification including customer and project pipeline management in the region. Enhance overall sales skills and product know how in the region, conduct training's and drive cross regional sharing/learning.

Requirements

- Master's Degree with 7+ years of Managerial experience in the Premium lifestyle industry
- Proven business development expertise from a global B2B organisation. Corporate gift experience an advantage.
- Excellent relationship builder
- Creative mindset
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, high assertiveness
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Ambitious can do attitude
- Work experience in internationally diverse and multi cultural environments
- Management experience ideally virtual management
