Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for re-branding, enhancing, developing and rolling out non-franchise owned concepts in the Middle East region by way of managing all development work related to brand positioning, concept image, the menu, operational standards, interior and exterior design, and other aspects of business concept and launch the brands in various markets as per The Companys strategic development plan

Strategic:

*Work closely with the CEO to identify:
*Opportunities for growth in existing brands
*Opportunities for securing additional brand franchises (regional or international) with potential for growth
*Opportunities for expansion of own brands regionally and internationally either through franchising, joint ventures or by opening own stores

Planning:

Create a mechanism whereby:
*Brand image assessment is performed and gaps identified
*Brand image enhancement steps are defined and resources and timelines specified
*Development plan to include brand name, trademark, logo, colors, acoustics, lighting, seating, menu and recipes, facility design and build, locations, brand positioning, marketing and brand story/legacy and message, roll out strategy

Operational:

* Implementation of brand development plans with a project management approach
* Managing the implementation process and handover completed projects to Operations
* Drafting and Maintaining Brand standard operating manual and franchising instructions and guidelines

Requirements

- Highly-Motivated and result-driven

- Leader, communicator and business manager
- 10+ years experience
- Restaurant background preferred
