We have been pivotal in not only developing, educating and harnessing the customers demand and expectations but we have risen on several occasions even to surpass and delight the customer. Our Middle East regional headquarters are located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates and have branch offices around the region namely Abu Dhabi, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. We are looking for highly-motivated candidate for Business Development Engineer to successfully sell Honeywell wiring devices to large commercial and industrial businesses. The successful candidate will play a significant and influential role in the company and must be both technically and commercially conversant. Main Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains relationships with allocated distributor partners and potential customers, monitoring customer stocks and purchases and negotiating orders to maximise sales potential. • Ensures that company products are merchandised productively. • Monitors and maximises own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets. • Conducts customer presentations and demonstrations as required actively promoting new products. • Seeks out competitor information, maintains knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicates information to the Divisional Manager. • Has a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identifies target accounts and adds new customers each year. • Provides monthly reports to Divisional Manager on all sales and prospects in the country. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering • Account Management experience • Between 3- 5 years of experience in wiring devices, cable management • High degree of drive, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. • Strong team dynamics • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential • UAE driving license |
