We are currently looking to engage a Business Development Executive for our Dubai based Contract Staffing division.

This is an internal role within Manpower Middle East which will primarily focus on building new business for our Contract Staffing Division, implementing short and long-term innovative and successful sales strategies to secure contracts targeting the designated sector and/or any other sectors where the opportunity arises.

This role is also responsible for account management for a number of strategic clients to drive sales growth. In addition, the role will ensure that contractual compliance is delivered to our clients along with effective service delivery, while driving continual improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements

- Significant sales experience gained in recruitment, with knowledge of the UAE market
- Understanding of Outsourced Staffing Solutions within the Recruitment arena
- Understanding of the application of the UAE Labor Law, & IR policy and legislation
- Have the ability to develop solid relationships with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Have a high level of commercial acumen and organizational ability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A Sense of urgency and ability to prioritise your own work
- Strong team-player attributes with engaging interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
- Diploma qualification as a minimum
- UAE driving license
