Business Development Executive - DOMASCo - Qatar

Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.

We are currently seeking an experienced After Sales Marketing and Business Development Executive to implement various marketing campaigns for After Sales to increase Customer Retention and to improve business returns in line with the growth margins set for After Sales. The Job Holder will also work out to improve sale of Accessory for New Vehicle and Retail side. He/ she will aim to improve sale of service contracts for all Customer Segments both to new car customers & to existing customers.

- Design and implement Annual Marketing Plan for the entire Service & Parts divisions.
- Implement various marketing campaigns/ promotions in Service and Parts operations to increase customer retention as well as improve After Sales revenue.
- Extend support to After Sales personnel for achievement of set campaign targets.
- Monitor & improve sale of Accessories for new vehicles as well as in Retail, in line with the Aftersales Growth margins.
- Improve and monitor sale of Service Contracts through Showroom as well as Workshop, and keep control on the burn-rate of contracts to prevent contract overrun.
- Work in close coordination with Service and Parts personnel for maintaining synergy for effective implementation of After Sales marketing promotions.
- Monitor customer retention for various segments viz. Individual & Fleet, and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Handling of various marketing & other activities through mass communication, Company website and social media viz. Facebook.
- Liaison with Ministry for marketing campaign approvals.
- Liaison with printing agencies for design & ordering of campaign materials well ahead of campaign commencement.
- Timely submission of various campaign/promotion reports/presentations and general overall cooperation and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

- Educated to degree or equivalent level with minimum 10-12 years experience, preferably in After Sales division of Automobile industry.
- Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
- Strong Sales and Business Development background, preferably in an After Sales division.
- Understands Automobile After-Sales operations, Dealer Management system usage and MS office.
- Excellent communication & task-execution skills, Integrity, Analytical, Task Oriented Team player.
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
