Our client a Regional Education (English Language & Soft Skills Training) company has an open vacancy for an energetic and well motivated person for a position of Business Development Executive for their newly established office in Dubai.
To develop business opportunities and strategic alliances on a regional scale.
Manage existing client base & identify, evaluate, develop new business opportunity in UAE and GCC markets.
To secure new sources of viable business for the Company
Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.
Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of the service offerings.
To support Business Development activities for the Company to identify new business opportunities and technologies to improve customer satisfaction, and relationships.
Actively & successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, identifying contact points, need identification, proposal, negotiation, closing the sale, follow up & after sales service to name a few.
Provides information, guidance and consolidation for budgets and forecasts, including financial reports, studies and projections.
To study the market condition to identify & introduce international best practices and concepts.
To maintain high level relationships with the Companys existing clients and partners.
To provide ongoing high grade commercial intelligence to Company's strategic decision makers.
To maintain commercial direction via the Strategic Sales Plan.
Ideal candidate must possess the following:
A Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business or related.
3-5 yrs GCC experience in the field of Business Development in the training sector.
Knowledge of Clients & Market.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Strong commercial acumen.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
High level interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Research and analytical skills.
UAE Driver's License and a car would be essential;
Welling to travel
Native English speaker, additional languages would be a definite plus
