Job description / Role
Scope of position:
To act as the front-line of TGP in bringing in new business and generating additional business with existing clients. Business Development Executives deal with small and large scale projects and must possess excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure high quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads/briefs/recommendations from potential and previous clients.
- Arrange appointments for Account Managers with prospective clients.
- Market research and database development ie; conducting on-line searches to populate company database.
- Maintain telemarketing database, vendor registration, and adhering to database confidentiality.
- Securing new business opportunities through direct marketing and email marketing.
- Exceed sales targets including effectiveness, efficiency and quality of work.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Business Development Executive should complete a minimum of 60 calls per day.
- Business Development Executive should secure 2 qualified leads per day
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Market research
- Proficient in MS Office
- Follow the process and CRM system with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of UAE exhibition industry and government entities (Advantageous)
- Data & client management
- Customer service
- Telephone etiquette
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Native English Speaker
- Fluency in any other European language (Advantageous)
