Salary up to AED 8,000 to 15,000 + Company Car + incentives

Our client is a manufacturing company based in Sharjah and is looking for a professional individual to join their expanding team.

Job Summary:
Develop the revenue stream via business development activities throughout the Emirates, within the given territory. Conduct meetings with potential customers and service existing client base to ensure maximum growth for the factory. The ideal candidate may come from within the metal industry, i.e. Aluminum/Stainless Steel and other metals, including an aluminum extrusion business or service centre in the region.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for attending offsite projects and to meet contractors, engineers and consultants to ensure the following:
- Continued client liaison during the correct project phase is essential
- Build the excellent reputation within the market and develop knowledge of the brand throughout the region
- Strategically define personal business development plan for presentation to the Senior Management
- Communicate and collaborate with the Operation Manager, and other team members the client's requirements
- Propose new clients based on the target, network and industry
- Understand the business strategy
- Understand the market; know where to go and who to meet in any project, able to focus on the core business functionality.
- Ensure provision of the project drawings and all other requirements to engineering to commence the process of the project
- Responsible for relationship management to ensure closing on sales leads.
- Continuous communication on timelines with clients and stakeholders
- Client referrals in addition to seeking new business leads
- The Business Development Executive should be experienced in domestic projects, corporate and retail (i.e.: homes, high-rise and commercial towers, showrooms and retail outlets)
- Reporting: The upkeep and regular updates to management on daily jobs, visits and sales report - which is targeted with KPI's and SLA's.

Requirements

- Minimum High School Certificate
- Valid, Clean UAE Driving Licence (Minimum driving 5 years)
- Experience within Aluminum & Glass industry for 2-5 years with a client database
- Proven track record of target achievement within sales within the industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Target driven, with a high tolerance for the pressure of sales targets
- Product knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High standards of customer service and organisation
- Report and writing skills
- IT Literate (Microsoft Packages)
- Must reside in the UAE
- Arabic is essential

Candidates should be independent, and pro-active. In addition in the interests of creating a strong sales force, we require candidates who are resilient and driven to succeed as they will be set targets to achieve as part of their role.
In addition candidates must be prepared to travel to various customers within their given territory.

Job Conditions:
The factory is based in Sharjah where the job holder will be required to attend for meetings and conducting business targeting and planning and for meetings. In addition they will drive distances to attend business development appointments and service the existing client base.
