Business Development Executive - Dubai

Reporting in to the Senior Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the development and implementation of the BD and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

Bid Production:

* Generate the first draft of bids where required involving drafting and editing text where necessary and ensuring adherence to visual identity and practice standards.
* Assist on strategic pitches and provide assistance on international pitches (such as CVs, team details, experience, etc).
* Ensure that all deal information and information for bids is available to the Middle East practice and wider team. Ensure information is updated and checked on a timely basis.
* Provide direction to the fee earners to find information for regional pitches.

Marketing Campaigns:

* Assisting with the development of budget proposals and campaign plans.
* Support activity including meeting coordination, supporting material and research, recording and action
* Monitoring actions agreed in plans and project meetings and helping fee-earners meet their commitments.
* Full event management, delivery and follow up.

Corporate communications:

* Using internal communications channels across the international network to raise awareness of regional campaign activity and opportunities.
* Coordinating and drafting directory submissions, press releases, articles and league tables, in cooperation with the SBDM.
* Updating intranet and internet web pages (contacts, publications, documents, photos, news etc).

Requirements

Skills and Experience Required


* Experience of working in a legal and/or professional services environment
* Experience of coordinating multiple projects within a fast-moving environment with strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent technical skills - including good working knowledge of CRM systems, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
