Employment: Full Time

The focus of this role is to drive the firm's business development effort across the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing a lead generation pipeline based on market intelligence to drive new business.
* Working with partners to drive and implement business development plans and budgets.
* Leading on pitches and capability statements with a high success rate.
* Primary responsibility for communications and thought leadership across the Middle East region.
* Working with partners to identify hot topics and trends to form the basis of PR and client campaigns.
* Managing the region's relationship with leading legal directories and overseeing the preparation of directory and award submissions.
* Working with the central events team to assess the value, relevance and cost/benefits of profile raising opportunities to ensure maximum ROI is obtained.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record within the legal or professional services sector with a focus on business development and relationship marketing.

You will have experience of working directly with Partners to foster strong internal relations as well as experience of project management and executing multiple deadlines.
