Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for setting up the 3PL business for responsible for the specified region.
- Regional Logistics & freight Forwarding
- Identify, design & implement required infrastructure.
- Business Development, Route development and customer negotiations.
- SOPs, SLAs, Customer Contracts.
- Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts and controls on the same.
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) selection, planning and Implementation.
- Human resource planning, recruiting and training.
- Key account management, Exhibition Services, Create budgets and plan to achieve it through team.
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with key decision-makers within assigned & target accounts to ensure development of long-term business partnerships
- Continuously review business potential and identify new business opportunities
- Present solution proposal to decision makers demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations and close the deal
- Conduct internal + external research to identify customer's supply chain requirements and business objectives in order to offer Air, Sea, Road freight, warehousing and distribution Services & solutions as per customers requirements
- Conduct opportunity assessment for identified opportunities and develop recommendation
- Developing value propositions and service concepts that create customer value

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development of 3PL (third party logistic) solutions.
- MBA in Marketing
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to follow through and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
