Employment: Full Time

Boutique Architecture practice has been established in the UAE for the last 10 years and has a revered reputation for cutting edge designs across residential, commercial, hospitality, transportation and industrial projects.

They seek a dedicated Business Development professional who will be mapping market opportunities, identifying business opportunities through a self designed business plan, approaching and opening dialogue with a range of client types, from larger Property Developers to boutique Property Developers, and Client operations.

This individual will be able to utilize this practice's existing client base to capitalize on future business opportunities as well as introducing new clientele to the business.

Gaining client confidence from the outset, managing the RFP process and negotiating the contract process along with the CEO is required within this 360 Degree role.

Requirements

This individual will have a technical background either in Architecture or Engineering, and has moved into the sales/business development arena within the UAE or GCC region.

Excellent communication in both Arabic and English is required, as is a High level of expertise in presenting the company to clients.

Enthusiasm and self driven and motivated, this individual will have excellent time management skills to be operating autonomously.

A Technical background is ideal to speak industry terminology and to represent this company at the highest level.

Experience in creating own proposals and presentations is required, so expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint as well as MS Word is required.

This role will offer a financial package with commission scheme.
