Employment: Full Time

Our client based in Dubai is a well-known chemical and Paints Manufacturing and trading company with over 50 years’ experience across the chemical and paints to companies in the Middle East and African markets.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager-B2B who will be responsible for the doing the business development for the paints sector both UAE and KSA Market.

Reporting to the Group General Manager or any other Directors nominated by the company you will be responsible for Selling the products by producing and implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.

This job will require a monthly travel for approximate 10 working days to Saudi.

Salary- AED 22000- 28000

Requirements

• Determining the annual unit and gross-profit and sales plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for UAE and KSA; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Targeting growth of retail showroom network within UAE and KSA and improve profitability of existing ones in the UAE.
• Implementing general sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Developing the KPIs to measure the performance of the sales team and monitor product selling details to ensure all slow moving items are sold and fast moving items stocks remain sufficient at all times.
• Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishing and adjusting the selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completing general sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintaining sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
