Employment: Full Time

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to possess a good understanding of market trends and issues, with distinctive areas of expertise in the Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors. You will answer inquiries that require in-depth research, clean analytical approaches and client-ready facts and presentational material. You will engage in research based projects and be expected to make significant contributions to knowledge initiatives whilst serving a number of different Client studies / projects at any particular point in time.

Business Development Manager Job Purpose:
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Your primary job responsibilities fall into:
- Business Development networking with business and government leaders / plan, co-ordinate and manage the commissioning of project assignments.
- Client Management identify and communicate the client requirements and prepare proposal offers and bids with a view to maintaining client relationships throughout engaged assignments and post completion / proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the client as they arise / attend client workshops, meetings and presentations
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be expected to engage in creatively retrieving, analyzing, and presenting complex industry and business information. You must want to help shape and lead a well supported company whilst participating in one of the world's most exciting and prosperous areas. In addition to that: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism

Specific Character Attributes:
- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Good, broad content knowledge of the Gulf region
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous demanding deadlines
- Inquisitive, investigative nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
- Good understanding of / exposure to the public sector/ semi-government organisations in the Gulf
- Professional attitude and service orientation; superb team player
- And Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Company Policy/Procedure Compliances:
- Follow all company policies and procedures as well as local, and federal laws concerning employment.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and information at all times.
- Maintain a professional image.
In case of termination of contract by both the parties under normal circumstances, 60 days notice period is a must.

Only Western nationals should apply and successful candidate will be working from KSA within the same group of company
