Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The company is looking for an experienced sales individual who has a background of selling Enterprise Content Management specifically IBM FileNet.

• Responsible for driving opportunities and sales for all offers.
• Maintains entries in the CRM system to cover all opportunities as validated by the technical sales team.
• Coordinates product and solution sales opportunities with the technical sales team and domain champions.
• Builds strong client relations from users through senior client executives.
• Builds and maintains contacts and visit reports for all accounts.
• Develops strategic selling plans for all opportunities.
• Controls and approves monthly invoicing.
• Generates forecasting reports for accounts.
• Monitors competition, market share, and pricing within account(s) or geography

You will be working with existing Tier 1 and large Tier 2 accounts, and you will have a purely consultative and solutions focused approach to sales. These solutions add highly innovative new functionality to existing hardware and software systems. You will work closely with internal account managers in order to up-sell these software solutions into existing accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ECM business especially IBM FileNet Solution in UAE Market.
Must have excellent communication skills - Arabic will be an advantage.

Ideal candidates will have a sales/business development background, will have sold complex software solutions into the corporate market, and will understand how to close deals by putting together business plans that demonstrate increase productivity and business workflow efficiency. Experience of selling ERP/ECM/CRM/document management and/or similar solutions is desirable.

This is a fantastic role for someone with 4+ years of selling software solutions into the corporate markets. You will be seen as a true specialist, and a champion of this technology within this large, global company.
