RequirementsRequirementsReporting to the GM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, the incumbent will be responsible for: Developing and working to a tactical plan to deliver annual sales targets Establishing strong and on-going business relations with key decision makers To gather information about current and future business prospects Converting opportunities promptly through experience and strong organisational skills Design and develop market initiatives to support targeted prospects Establishing a detailed tracking process to manage your business Achieving aggressive sales targets Undertake a handover of new customers to the Asset Management team Proficiency is essential in: Project initiation, management and implementation skills The ability to work on a cross-functional basis both internally and externally High level selling and negotiating The ability to think strategically and plan broadly Prospecting sales mentality Sound interpersonal skills Does this sound like you?
