Job description / Role
Candidates must have experience of Business Development in the Facilities Management, Contract Catering, Soft Services or Hospitality Industry in the UAE / Gulf Region.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue, profit and market share for facilities management and hospitality services with government and private corporate organisations
- Preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Meeting clients and making sales presentations
- Sales forecasting and budgeting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development in the facilities management, contract catering and soft services or hospitality industry in the UAE / Gulf region
- Ability to prepare sales forecasts and sales plans
- Strong financial acumen
- UAE driving license is essential
- Fluency in English is essential
- Bachelors Degree
