Job description / Role
Currently we are looking for a Business Development Manager - HD who will closely develop/monitor/expand the LFD business in our territory. The Key Objectives of this position and Responsibilities of the selected person include:
Good Business acumen & building excellent relationship with local & global hotel chains.
End to End Business Management Responsibility with Revenue & Profitability Target.
Full visibility of hospitality projects in the region.
Increase number of partners in line with company’s guidelines and objectives.
Consultative selling to increase HD solution sales.
Increase hospitality display sales
Effectively demonstrate HD products and solutions to partners and end users
Increase & develop HD Business in UAE and other GCC countries
Start, maintain and expand fruitful relations within key accounts, new system integrators and other stake holders in a project
Identify and follow up HD projects throughout their entire lifecycle
Provide quotations and negotiate price and terms according to divisional pricing guidelines
Nurture the relationship with system integrators, consultants, contractors and hotel owners & brands
Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation
Consolidate forecasts for partners and share with Business Manager.
Requirements
Experience, Education and Licensure:
At least 6-8 years of experience in hotel interactive systems & displays
Techno commercial background
Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
Good networking with the regional & global hospitality brands
Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach
Strong accounts management skills
Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
