Job description / Role
- Source M&A opportunities and work with external parties that can source these opportunities
- Work with our analysts to evaluate M&A opportunities
- Negotiate and structure deals
- Conduct due commercial, financial, and legal due diligence
- Source properties for hospitals or medical centres and work with external parties that can source these opportunities
- Work with analysts to build financial case for new facilities and services
- Negotiate leases
- Put together bids for running health services for non-health organizations
Requirements
- Has healthcare experience
- Has UAE/GCC experience
- Feels comfortable putting together financial feasibility studies (typically MBA or finance degree needed)
- Experience negotiating deals or leases
- Experience bidding on health service contracts
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter
- Comfortable building new relationships
