Our client is a leading information technology management consultancy headquartered in Dubai and providing services across the GCC region.
Due to expansion and organic growth, they are now offering an exciting opportunity for a experienced BDM to join their multinational team.
Job Description:
- The target for this position is to sell IT projects and services to UAE based companies (size: 10 to 300 employees).
- Develop and implement companys sales strategies together with the management team.
- Attend events, conduct market and competition research
- New lead generation for IT services. Responsible for entire sales cycle.
- Responsible for Key Account Management. Regularly follow up with existing client base to assure aftersales satisfaction and explore possible new sales.
- Regularly follow up with project managers and technical team to ensure quality, alignment and smooth delivery of sold IT projects.
- Strong coordination with management team and regular update of the pipelines.
- Work with the account department for proper invoicing
- Must be methodic, trustworthy and have attention to detail
Requirements
- Strong capability to generate new leads for IT services and convert to sales
- Able to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to sales closure
- Strong client account management capability. Must be able to perform account management for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of IT services (Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP, IT infrastructure, Cloud, IT support services, SEO, software development)
- Experience in producing and delivering PowerPoint presentations and live demo of IT services.
- Experience in using Microsoft CRM system as a sales tool (Desirable)
You must be commercially driven with a strong empahasis on quality; well groomed and carry a confident persona with the ability to communicate effectively with C-Level on client side.
