Job description / Role
The main purpose of the job is to generate an operational model for the company in order to deliver a change in scale and business direction in the Encryption / e-Security Domain covering PKI, Enterprise e-security, Defense data security, e-Commerce protection, Nationwide internet security programs and Telecom service provider encryption solutions and services.
The successful candidate will be driving sales into new markets and countries in order to spread coverage of the business. This will include market research, planning and delivering marketing strategy, developing new business with key accounts and large institutional clients in the industry and setting sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Requirements
The selected applicant will ideally be a degree holder in a Computer / Engineering discipline. They should have 10 years of relevant experience in managing successful Sales and Business Development of a technology company / systems integrated company, 3 years of which should be in a Leadership position.
They will have a strong sales and marketing orientation with a proven, demonstrable track record having won significant orders, preferably within the Middle East. They should have sales, pre-sales and project management experience of 3-5 years in IT Solution Sales and be keen to learn to become a Subject Matter Expert in IT Security.
