My client are a global vendor of ITSM software solutions and services. Selling into fortune 500 companies globally. This company are changing the way blue chip companies manage their IT systems and infrastructure. Using ITIL and their core solution helps organisations achieve next generation ITSM and Service Desks.

Having had a fantastically successful year in 2010, this company are expanding in the Middle East, to add to their offices in the UK, Europe, the US and Asia.
The role of the Business Development Manager is to run the sale operations across Saudi and Bahrain. To win new customers, close deals and manage existing relationships.
The role will report to a Regional Director based in Dubai. The BDM will also manage 1 presales consultant with view to grow a team and recruit additional resources.

Requirements

Candidates must have:
A minimum of 8-10yrs in software sales and business development
Experience of selling ITSM / BSM / Service Desk Solutions, Asset management software
Must be ITIL certified
Experience of selling solutions from IBM Tivoli, BMC Remedy, CA, HP openview / BTO
Must have knowledge of the Saudi market
Must have a proven track record of overachieving in sales
Partner management experience would be an advantage
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Based or willing to be based in Riyadh
