The RoleThe RoleThis interior design, architecture, design & build consultancy is a reputable Singaporean business with a diverse range of projects in retail, commercial, hospitality and residential. Due to growth plans in the region they are seeking to employ an experienced Business Development Manager based in their office in Singapore. As BDM you will be responsible for growing existing relationships, in addition to bringing on new business. You will be expected to add value to the front end process, taking the expression of interest from inception through to construction with assistance of an established team. You will be targeted with opening doors to multi million dollar design and build market spread across the Asian region. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will be an experienced BDM with an extensive background within the interior design, real estate sales, commercial fit out or construction sector. Applicants must have strong relationship building skills in addition to a solid understanding of the technical aspects of interior design and fit out, and an existing contact book. You will have extensive relationships with clients within the commercial and hospitality construction sector across Asia, that build projects of at least $1M value. Salary will be dependant on a candidates experience plus commissions and incentives. |
