Job description / Role
We are currently hiring for a Business Development Manager who is an expert in media and digital marketing to work for our telecommunications client in Dubai.
- Develop and implement advertising strategy in line with the overall business plan to ensure the growth of quality users to land on E-commerce site.
- Identify the right partners to run the online/offline compaigns with the best ROI.
- Monitor the performance of the partners and boost ROI by developing optimization strategies based on their performance.
- Optimize mobile campaigns on various levels such as country, operator, IPs, devices, product, banners and landing pages.
- Be responsible for managing the SEO programmes, to set targets and KPIs, and working closely with the Paid Search team to maximise overall search returns and expenses.
Requirements
We require a native Arabic speaker for this position, please do not apply if you don't speak Arabic.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- A good knowledge on the social communities, websites and apps.
- Excellent negotiations skills, expert in evaluating affiliate management tools, affiliate acquisition etc.
- Expert in media buying, ad trafficking through ad servers (DfA) and KPI optimisation.
- At least 5 years experience in Digital in MENA.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledgeable in Web Analytics, CMS, Excel, XML Feeds and HTML.
