The RoleThe RoleDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Promote and develop business in the Real Estate Sector within the KSA, and around the globe. Prior local experience required. - Responsible for devising the Strategies for increasing the market Share of the Company. - Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs. -Supervise the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures. -Inspect property regularly, and make appropriate recommendations. -Build positive relationships with co-workers, clients and tenants. -Accept every new challenge with confidence. |
