Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well established and well reputed freight forwarding and relocations company based in the UAE. We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to develop the Relocations Division due to demand and organisation plans.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business opportunities for corporate clients utilizing relocations and logistics services for relocations and logistics services
- Implementing the business development strategy by establishing and maintaining business relationships, negotiating and securing new business revenue
- Sourcing new customers through networking and industry related events, following up on leads and enquiries for corporate or personal removals
- Preparing sales quotes and proposals
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to increase revenue and market share
- Account management of existing clients
- Supporting the Operations and Documentation teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of consignments
- Preparation of management reports related to sales

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum Diploma educated
- 5 - 10 years business development / sales experience in relocation services in the UAE
- UAE driving license
- Ability to prepare management reports
- Ability to prepare sales proposals and present confidently to clients
- Good financial acumen

Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English is essential
- Aged between 30 - 40 years
- Physically fit
