We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager - Sales for a Construction Solutions firm for our trading activities.

Job Description:
Plans and directs all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing and training. Requires working on complex technical projects and or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge or industry know-how.

Thorough knowledge of high end and latest construction materials in MUST, such as:

4. Acoustic Equipment and Materials
5. Furniture and Fittings
6. Drainage Systems
7. Ceiling
8. Wall Finishes

10. Sport Surfaces and Equipment

12. Lighting and Visual Effects
13. Storage Systems
14. Energy Efficiency Solutions
15. Custom Products
16. Material Sourcing Services
17. Drainage
18. Landscaping

Requirements

• University Diploma/Degree is preferable.
• Must have 5-10 years of Field/Territory sales experience, having thorough knowledge and market awareness for Construction Materials and Services.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Age 35 & above
• Sales & Marketing background
