The role will encompass both new business development, account management, customer service & operations. You will be responsible for creating commercial opportunities that will guarantee the development and protection of market share. You will design and propose different solutions covering all needs of the clients within the business segment (Government, Health & Medical, Facilities, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Educational institutes & Sports Clubs).

You will be a mature minded candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. The enthusiasm for the company mission, business models and core values are paramount. To succeed in this role you must be of a passionate nature, dynamic, highly motivated yet balanced with the ability to think and act tactically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by developing different solutions that meet with their needs, leveraging company equipment, applications, design, after sales, service & marketing.
• Screen, develop and monitor new investors, key customers, decision makers & key leaders and explore new business opportunities through partnership.
• Maintain customer database, plan and undertake appropriate daily visits.
• Keep informed on industry knowledge and be informed about all on-going projects in the market.
• Participate in annual sales projections and budgeting in terms of volume, turnover and forecast as well as define commercial actions and marketing plan.
• Implement commercial and marketing activities (sales analysis, contracts won/lost, validation of business opportunities, comparative contractual pricing and price lists).
• Understand economics, client budget limitations and sound knowledge of competitors in the market.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge, understanding and experience of using a CRM system
• Direct sales techniques and consultative approach
• Results orientated
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Capability of working independently and to tight deadlines
• Western educated and/or fluent Arabic speaker
• Degree holder, preferably in Sports Science, Business Administration, Commerce.
